MICRO-BUSINESSES LAUNCHED BY JH&H HELP AFRICAN FAMILIES LEARN SELF-SUFFICIENCY
As interim superintendent of Rochester city schools in 2007, he managed a budget of $500 million. As head of Fairport schools before that, he dealt with vendors, contractors and accountants on a daily basis.
